Confidential client information will not knowingly be placed into public or consumer AI systems when doing so would create an unreasonable privacy or security risk. When AI processing is appropriate, efforts will be made to minimize personal information, remove unnecessary identifiers, and use account or service settings that provide suitable data protections.
Faithful & AI Web Care does not use AI to make significant automated decisions about a person's eligibility, employment, credit, legal rights, or access to essential services.
4. Consent
By voluntarily contacting Faithful & AI Web Care or requesting a service, you consent to the reasonable collection and use of information needed to respond and provide that service. Consent may also be implied where the purpose is obvious and the information is reasonably necessary. You may withdraw consent for optional uses, subject to legal, contractual, accounting, and operational requirements.
5. When information may be shared

Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for client service, support, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, tax, insurance, and legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect personal information. These may include access controls, strong passwords, multi-factor authentication, secure hosting, software updates, backups, malware protection, and limited access to client data.
No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a privacy or security incident creates a real risk of significant harm, affected individuals and relevant authorities will be notified where required by law.
12. Access, correction, and deletion
You may request access to personal information held about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information that is no longer reasonably required, information about how your data has been used or shared, or withdrawal of consent for optional processing. 13. Children's privacy
This website and its services are directed toward businesses, churches, ministries, organizations, and adult clients. Faithful & AI Web Care does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
